Question:
Vă rugăm respectuos să confirmați dacă Autoritatea Contractantă acceptă ofertarea, ca echivalent, a panourilor interactive echipate cu tehnologie a ecranului de tip VA (Vertical Alignment), cu condiția ca acestea să îndeplinească sau să depășească restul specificațiilor de performanță solicitate (în special unghiul de vizibilitate de min. 178°/178°, luminozitatea de min. 450 cd/m2 și rezoluția).
Menționăm că acceptarea tehnologiei echivalente ar permite o competiție mai largă și ofertarea unor echipamente competitive din punct de vedere al raportului calitate-preț.

Autoritatea Contractantă menține cerința inițială pentru tipul de ecran ADS-IPS. Această specificație este esențială pentru procesul educațional, deoarece tehnologia ADS-IPS oferă o stabilitate superioară a imaginii la atingere (fără distorsiuni sau efecte de tip „pata” la presiunea stylus-ului) și asigură o fidelitate înaltă a culorilor din orice unghi al sălii de curs, fără fenomenul de „color shift”. Tehnologia VA nu este considerată echivalentă în acest context, având în vedere specificul utilizării interactive intensive în condiții de clasă.
