Bună ziua! Stimată Autoritate contractantă, Pentru a spori concurența, vă rugăm respectuos să fie acceptată devierea diametrului mânerului laringoscopului de 28 mm ± 3 mm, în loc de 28 mm ± 2 mm, conform cerinței specificate. Menționăm că majoritatea producătorilor, produc mânerul cu diametrul de 30 mm. Menționăm că această deviere este minoră și nu influențează funcționalitatea, siguranța sau utilizarea corectă a dispozitivului medical, produsul fiind pe deplin conform destinației sale. Vă rugăm respectuos să acceptați această deviere ca fiind conformă cerințelor. Mulțumim!

Conform cerinței tehnice se acceptă produse care dispun de o performanță tehnică „Mîner laringoscop diametru mîner standart: 28mm, ±2mm”. Se acceptă produsele care au diametrul mânerului de 26, 27, 28, 29, 30 mm. Ca urmare, corespunde cu cele menționat de dumneavoastră „Menționăm că majoritatea producătorilor, produc mânerul cu diametrul de 30 mm”.
