Referitor la duritatea sticlei de protecție
Question:
În cadrul parametrilor tehnici minimi, la punctul referitor la sticla de protecție, se solicită: „sticlă de protecție cu grosime de max. 3.2mm demonstrand un nivel de duritate nu mai mic de MOHS 8”.
Vă rugăm să confirmați dacă se acceptă o duritate a sticlei de MOHS 7.
Justificare: Standardul MOHS 7 este cel mai răspândit și acceptat standard industrial pentru panourile interactive de ultimă generație care utilizează tehnologia optical bonding (solicitată de asemenea în caietul de sarcini). Solicitarea exclusivă a nivelului MOHS 8 restrânge nejustificat concurența, limitând participarea la modele de generație mai veche sau foarte specifice, în timp ce MOHS 7 oferă o protecție excelentă și echivalentă funcțional pentru mediul educațional/de lucru.

Autoritatea contractantă confirmă acceptarea sticlei de protecție cu duritate Mohs 7 (în loc de minim Mohs 8 solicitat inițial), cu condiția ca toate celelalte cerințe legate de protecția ecranului să fie respectate integral.

Question:
La secțiunea „Accesorii incluse în set”, se solicită specific: „4x creioane pasive (3 stylus si 1 marker) cu atașare magnetică pe partea din față jos a monitorului”.
Vă rugăm să confirmați dacă se acceptă livrarea echipamentului cu 2 stylus-uri care oferă funcționalități extinse (precum schimbarea culorii sau capete duble cu grosimi diferite).
Justificare: Specificația actuală (3 stylus + 1 marker fizic) este una restrictivă, care indică spre designul unui singur producător specific, limitând astfel participarea altor ofertanți cu produse similare sau superioare tehnologic. Soluțiile moderne permit selectarea culorilor și a funcției (marker/creion) prin software sau prin utilizarea unor stylus-uri duale, numărul fizic de 4 unități nefiind relevant pentru funcționalitatea echipamentului

Se acceptă minimum 2 stylus-uri pasive (sau set echivalent) cu atașare magnetică pe partea din față jos a monitorului, capabile să permită utilizarea simultană a cel puțin 3 culori distincte (roșu, negru, albastru) și funcțiile de scris/marker/radieră prin recunoaștere automată (software sau hardware), fără selecție manuală prealabilă a instrumentului. Se acceptă soluții în care funcționalitatea echivalentă este asigurată prin stylus-uri duale sau capete multiple + software integrat.
