Vorbiti despre transparenta si concurenta egala , dar minimalizati companiile cointeresante de a satisface necesarul de lucrari
- si ne trezim cu preturi artificial Mari pentru lucrari

Stmate ofertant,
Cu referire la întrebarea dvs vă comunicăm următoarele:
1. Prețul stabilit pentru lucrările în cauză este elaborat conform normativelor tehnnice în construcții și anume CP L.01.01-2012
2. Cu referire la cerințele impuse în caietul de sarcini și anunț, vă comunicăm că expriențșa anterioară și capacitățile superficiale demonstrate de antreprenori cu care IP ODA a avut colaborare, indică un grad redus de responsabilitate din partea acestora, fapt ce a determinat instituția de a impune condiții mai exicente față de antreprenori. Cerințele în cauză demonstrează un grad de responsabilitate sporit - prin deținerea certificatelor ce demonstrează standarte de conformitate a calității (ISO), și garanții privind experiența și maturitatea comaniei.
