Vă rugăm să ne confirmați dacă este posibilă repartizarea fiecărui software într-un lot separat, întrucât nu este realist ca un singur operator economic să poată acoperi toate componentele/soluțiile incluse.

Bună ziua,
Vă informăm că repartizarea fiecărui software în loturi separate nu este posibilă. Toate abonamentele prevăzute în cadrul achiziției (Adobe Creative Cloud Pro for Teams, Canva Pro, CapCut Pro, ChatGPT Business și Pro, Trados Studio 2024 Professional, TurboScribe, Zoom Business, Zoom Pro cu Translated Captions, Bitly Growth) sunt necesare pentru activitatea instituției în ansamblu.
Aceste soluții sunt utilizate complementar și impun asigurarea compatibilității funcționale, a gestionării unitare a licențelor, precum și a administrării centralizate a abonamentelor. Divizarea pe loturi ar genera dificultăți de integrare, administrare și suport, afectând eficiența utilizării acestora.
În consecință, obiectul achiziției se menține ca un singur lot, în conformitate cu necesitățile autorității contractante.
