Buna ziua , in calitate de agent economic cointeresat in executarea lucrarilor stipulate in caietul de sarcini , solicitam pentru a fi transparenta procedura de achiziție publica , sa fie data oportunitatea de a prezenta manualul calitații actualizat al intreprinderii in care sunt stipulate cele trei ISO-ri pe care d/ra le solicitați .In acest sens dorim sa fie o evaluare imparțiala a ofertelor și o concurența cit mai libera intre ofertanți.

Comisia de achiziții publice a instituției noastre a analizat scrisoarea dumneavoastră, tot în baza Hotărîrea Guvernului Republicii Moldova nr. 638 (achiziții publice de lucrări) și a Ordinului Ministerului Finanțelor nr. 69/2021, și a decis înlocuirea standardelor ISO cu manualul calitații actualizat al intreprinderii in care sunt stipulate cele trei ISO-ri .
