Lipseste sa spuneti ca vreti sa cumparati Atlas Copco !
Question:
Cu acesti pareametri - exista doar un compresor care poate fi ofertat... si acesta este ATLAS COPCO. Nici un alt furnizor nu poate avea exact aceeasi parametri cu cel indicat, decat Atlas Copco. In RM este doar un furnizor de ATLAS COPCO - care in asa fel este favorizat... Cred ca trebuie modoficate cerintele ca sa fie disponibile si pentru alti ofertanti

Buna ziua. Precizăm că specificațiile tehnice au fost stabilite exclusiv în funcție de necesitățile reale de exploatare ale beneficiarului, fiind formulate în termeni de performanță și funcționalitate, fără a face trimitere la vreun producător, marcă sau model. Documentația nu restricționează participarea la procedura de achiziție, iar orice ofertant poate depune ofertă cu echipamente care îndeplinesc integral cerințele tehnice minime solicitate, indiferent de producător. Faptul că anumite soluții de pe piață corespund sau nu acestor cerințe nu constituie un criteriu de favorizare, ci reflectă exclusiv nivelul tehnic necesar pentru activitatea beneficiarului.
