Reagenţii să dispună de certificate internaţionale ISO, CE Marca. Reagenţii să fie compatibili cu analizatorul biochimic Humalyzer Primus. Prezentarea mostrelor la cerinţă pentru verificarea compatibilităţii cu echipamentul. Adaptarea/calibrarea metodelor la analizator se va efectua de către furnizorul de reactivi care suportă toate riscurile și cheltuielile aferente. Distribuitorul să dispună de autorizare de la producător şi de ingineri calificaţi, certificaţi de producătorul echipamentului pentru deservirea gratis a acestuia pe perioada de utilizare a reactivelor.
