Certificat de calitate.Termenul de expirare a reactivului sa nu fie mai putin de 2 aniGeneRuler 100 bp DNA Ladder este recomandat pentru dimensionarea și cuantificarea aproximativă a unui ADN dublu catenar în intervalul de la 100 bp la 1.000 bp pe geluri de agaroză sau poliacrilamidă. Ladder ADN este format din 10 fragmente de ADN și este prevăzut cu colorant de încărcare ADN TriTrack 6X. Ladder este compus din zece fragmente de ADN individuale purificate prin cromatografie (în perechi de baze): 1000, 900, 800, 700, 600, 500, 400, 300, 200, 100. Conține o bandă de referință (500 bp) pentru o orientare ușoară. Ladder este dizolvat în tampon TE. Buffer de stocare 10 mM Tris-HCI (pH 7,6), 1 mM EDTA.Ambalat in tub 1,5 ml.
