• Mineralizare totală: max. 0,5 g/l
• pH general: 6,5 – 7,9
• Sursa de captare trebuie să dispună de zonă de protecție sanitară
• Butelii prevăzute cu mâner, reutilizabile
• Capac din 2 componente, cu sigiliu/sticker igienic
• Sigilare cu capac termocontractabil
Apa trebuie să corespundă cerințelor:
• HG nr. 934 din 15.08.2007, Anexa nr. 2 și Legea nr. 182/2019 privind
• Oferirea gratuită, în folosință temporară, a 34 butelii, 6 coolere (pentru răcirea și încălzirea apei) și 21 pompe
• Igienizarea gratuită a coolerelor de cel puțin 2 ori pe an
• Dispunerea de Call Center funcțional
• Alocarea unui operator dedicat pentru preluarea comenzilor
• Posibilitatea livrării eșalonate, la cerere
• Achitarea plăților – în termen de 30 zile calendaristice
