Modelul și cerințele pentru formularul Declarația vamală a călătorului RO/EN sunt specificate în anexele 1 și 2 la Ordinul Serviciului Vamal 482/2023. Prin excepție de la prevederile ordinului, Formatul formularului Declarația vamală a călătorului RO/EN este 210x430mm.
