1 post de pază permanent, program de 24 ore/24 ore, inclusiv sâmbăta, duminica şi în zilele de sărbătoare legale, servicii de pază a obiectivelor menţionate în prezenta documentaţie, prin intermediul a 1 post de pază precum și supravegherea bunurilor prin intermediul sistemului video care trebuie să fie compatibil cu camerele de supraveghere (sunt instalate 11 camere de supraveghere video), buton de alarmă (ACS 102), reacționarea și apelarea Serviciului Pompieri în cazul declanșării sistemului autonom antiincendiar. Personalul de specialitate agenţi de pază avizat/ avizaţi pe durata contractului să nu fie schimbat.
