1.Certificat de acreditare a producatorului ISO 17043
2. Asigurarea cu control extern lunar, pe perioada 1 an.
3.Respectarea cerintelor de transportare a controlului (GTP), cu prezentarea dovezilor
4.Termenul de livrare si termenul de valabilitate sa se incadreze in perioada testarilor
5. Analiti testati:
- APTT
- Protrombina
- Timpul protrombinei
- Fibrinogen
7. Sa fie pe baza de sange uman, stare lichida sau liofilizata.
8. Livrarea rapoartelor de participare nu mai tirziu de 14 zile.
9. Controlul sa asigure 3 nivele (normal, nivel patologic scazut si inalt).
