1.1.Kit terapii CRRT (Omniset Kit) - Set din segmente de tubulatura, linii si camere de deaerare, precum si filtru, montate pe o placa, total preconectate. Kitul contine: - Linie arteriala cu linii auxiliare p/u heparina si citrat; - Linie venoasa cu linie auxiliara p/u infuzia calciului si punga cu volum de minim 2L p/u solutia de clatire; - Linie p/u solutia de dializat, dotat cu punga de incalzire; - Linie de substituire; - Linie de evacuare; - 1 punga effluent cu volum de 7L; - Filtru cu membrana din DIAPES; - 5 filtre p/u protectia porturilor de presiune. Kit destinat tuturor terapiilor CRRT si este disponibil in 3 variante de suprafete ale membranelor, cuprinse intre 0,8mp si 1,6mp. Kitul permite un flux de sange cuprins intre 10ml/min si 500ml/min. 1.5.Cartuș absorbant «Cytosorb» - Cartus dedicat absorbtiei citokinelor, bilirubinei, mioglobinei, hemoglobinei libere, amoniacului, acizilor biliari, toxinelor de clostridium perfringens, exotoxinelor streptococcus pyogenes, precum si ale staphylococcus aureus. - Materialul absorbant din polimer biocompatibil; - Compatibil cu orice aparat p/u hemofiltrare/hemoperfuzie si circulatie extracorporala (CEC, ECMO), cu posobilitate de inclus in circuitele de epurare extracorporala cu ajutorul adaptorilor specifici. Se poate fi folosit in orice terapie CRRT, HP, HD, anticoagulare cu heparina sau citrat. - Volumul cartusului de 300ml. - Adsorberul se foloseste in tratamente de 24 de ore. - Pentru primingul adsorberului este nevoie de aproximativ 2L ser fiziologic neheparinizat. - Selectivitatea moleculara p/u substantele adsorbite este de pana la 55.000 Daltoni. - Volumul de extracorporal rezidual nu depaseste 150ml. Functioneaza cu fluxuri cuprinde intre 100 si 700ml/min. - Preumplut cu Clorura de sodiu 0,9%. - Dispozotov cu marcaj CE p/u adsorbtia citokinelor, bilirubinei si mioglobinei. - Adsorberul nu indeparteaza albumina, heparina, antitrombina III, fibrogen sau electroliti (cum ar fi Calciul). - Sterilizare raze gamma; - Durata de viata: 3 ani.
