Nu se admit tuberculi de cartofi uscaţi cu semne de putrezire, degeraţi sau de orice altă alterare care le face inapt de utilizare. Se permit tuberculi cu noduli, iar suprafaţa verde să nu depăşească 1/4 din suprafaţa tuberculului. Ambalaj – a câte 10-20 kg
