Question:
Insistăm divizarea produselor din origine animala si a peste in loturi aparte. Bunurile acestia adunate intr-un lot nu au legatura stringenta intre ele si nu se folosesc impreuna, mai mult ca atit sint produse de diferite producatori. Oricare agent economic nu poate să aibă in portifoliul sau toate produsele solicitate si din aceasta cauza pierde nejustificat posibilitatea de a participa la licitatia in cauza. In conformitate cu art. 37(9) al Legii privind achiziti publice, cerițele trebuie să permită oricărui ofertant accesul egal la procedura de atribuire și nu trebuie să aibă ca efect introducerea unor abstacole nejustificate de natură să restringă concurența între operatorii economice. Nu creați impedimente, încălcând totodată Legea concurenței nr. 183 din 11.04.2012 prevederile art.12
