Presupun că ați încurcat anunțul de participare cu cel de la construcții? Ce fel de formular 3,5,7 doriți la serviciile de consultanță? Plus pentru ce garanția de ofertă 2 procente? Îmi pare exagerat
Answer (8 Dec 2025, 08:07):
Buna dimineața, da, corect, nu-i cazul formularelor 3,5,7, încărcați ofertă ca pentru servicii unde arătați coeficietul în % din valoarea lucrărilor și suma cu și fără TVA.
Cu referire la garanția de 2%, este coeficientul maximal permis de lege, iar ținînd cont de importanța și valoarea serviciilor nu este deloc exagerat.
