În temeiul art. 71 (1) lit.g) al Legii privind achizițiile publice nr.131 din 03.07.2015. Pe parcursul analizei și evaluării s-au constatat omisiuni în caietul de sarcini, nu s-au indicat parametrii softului existent în instituție cu care trebuie să fie compatibile echipamentele propuse. Procedura de achizitie se anuleaza cu repetarea uletrioară.
