Buna ziua. Ca si la ultima licitație bugetul alocat pentru achizitia Oxidului de aluminiu este mult prea sub nivelul costului real cel putin in Europa unde valorea reala la condițiile DAP Chisinau ar trebuie sa fie in jur de 750 de euro. Cu toate acestea lipsa profesionalizmului sau probabil alt interes al unor persoane de decizie de la întreprindere duc la aceiasi " prostie " ... repetat acelasi preț fiind evidenta lipsa ofertelor adecvate . Probabil este timpul de adresa aceasta întrebare la APP . De ce respectivă achizitie are loc in așa " hal " ??? Fiind nenumarate licitatii care ramin fara oferte .. Pare a fi o schema de fraudare

Vă mulțumim pentru interesul manifestat față de procedura de achiziție publică inițiată de întreprinderea noastră pentru achiziționarea Oxidului de Aluminiu și pentru transmiterea opiniei dumneavoastră. Dorim să aducem următoarele clarificări oficiale: Platforma electronică de achiziții publice (MTender) servește ca instrument oficial pentru publicarea documentației de atribuire, desfășurarea procedurii de achiziție, și pentru adresarea întrebărilor de clarificare legate strict de: prevederile documentației de atribuire și procedura de desfășurare. Această platformă nu este un canal destinat pentru: discutarea aspectelor legate de politica de prețuri sau costurile de piață la nivel internațional, precum și formularea de acuzații sau judecăți privind integritatea sau profesionalismul personalului întreprinderii.
