În urma examinării și evaluării ofertei înregistrate în SIA RSAP „MTender”, în conformitate cu criteriul de atribuire stabilit și cu principiile de atribuire a contractelor de achiziții publice, prevăzute la art. 72 lit. a), b) și c) din Legea nr. 131/2015 privind achizițiile publice, Grupul de lucru pentru achiziții a adoptat Decizia nr. 22 din 1.12.2025, prin care a dispus atribuirea contractului de achiziție publică pentru „Servicii de cazare și alimentare pentru Programul DOR de Tradiţii, ediția II, 24–29 decembrie 2025, operatorului economic „LUNIMAR PRIM” S.R.L., cu valoarea financiară de 437421,29 lei (fără TVA), echivalentul a 478 230,00 lei (inclusiv TVA).
