• datată cu copertă monocromă, realizată din material imitaţie piele.
• Suprafaţa copertei să permite imprimarea termică, pe față va fi imprimat logoul instituției și denumirea.
• Coperta moale, cusută pe margini.
• Dimensiuni: 14×20 cm (A5). Blocul informativ al agendei include: planing pentru anul 2026; calendarele anilor 2026 și 2027;
• Pe primele pagini va fi următoarea informație: Harta R. Moldova; Prefixele telefonice ale pricipalelor localităţi din R. Moldova; informaţii de contact ale diferitor organizaţii ale R. Moldova (ministere, ambasade, hotele, restaurante) etc.
• Ultimile 4-5 pagini să fie destinate pentru înscrierea numerelor de telefoane;
• Numărul de coli: minim 150. Blocul de hîrtie offset de minim 70 gr/м² (dictando).
• Pe fiecare pagină să fie imprimată sus: data/luna/ziua, iar pagina să fie divizată pe ore (de la 07:00-19:00).
• Panglica vor facilita căutarea paginii necesare
