Operatorul economic se va obliga: - Să asigure prezentarea zilnică (o dată pe zi) a reprezentantului poştal la sediul „Beneficiarului” pe adresa: str. V. Alecsandri, nr. 42, MD-2012, mun. Chișinău, pentru recepţionarea corespondenţei, la comanda „Beneficiarului”.
- Să presteze serviciile de recepţionare, francare, sortare, transportare şi livrare a trimiterilor de corespondenţă, în conformitate cu prevederile legislaţiei poştale în vigoare.
- Să asigure integritatea trimiterilor de corespondenţă din momentul recepţionării până la momentul livrării către destinatar.
- Să întocmească în termen de 5 zile lucrătoare a următoarei luni celei de gestiune, Actul totalizator de servicii prestate.
