Nu este un dispozitiv medical
Question:
Rugam sa adaugati sintagma "Produsul respectiv nu este un dispozitiv medical. Nu este obligatorie înregistrarea acestuia la AMDM.", astfel incat dupa noile reglementari, acest produs este un biocid, dar nu dispozitiv medical si nu poate fi inregistrat in Registrul de stat al dispozitivelor medicale. Solicitarea de a participa la licitatie la acest lot doar cu dispozitiv medical inregistrat in Registrul de stat al dispozitivelor medicale limiteaza maximal concurenta, plus la aceasta sunt create conditii absolut inegale pentru ofertantii care au inregistrat anterior ( pina la intrarea in vigoare a noilor reglementari privind dispozitivele medicale) si cei care au incercat anul curent sa inregistreze astfel de produs si primesc refuz din cauza faptului ca produsul nu este un dispozitiv medical si nu poate fi inregistrat la AMDM. Multumim.

Bună ziua, pentru lotul respectiv, se acceptă produse care nu sunt înregistrate în registrul AMDM. Vă mulțumim pentru clarificare.
