Dear Sirs, we are sure that the delivery term of 4 months is extremely small to produce and deliver the special vehicle you need (taking into account 2 months for tender submission of bids, the awarding of the winner, contestations and concluding the contract). We are kindly asking you to give the patricians the term of 8 months (01.11.2025) for production and delivery of the vehicle, as it looks like you facilitate some company.

Dear Sirs,
Following your request regarding the extension of the production and delivery time of the special vehicle, we inform you that the delivery terms are in accordance with the terms of the Grant contract (implementation periods, namely in this case the delivery of the goods)
Thus, in order to comply with the stages and terms established for the implementation of the project, it is not possible to change the delivery period provided for in the documentation of this tender procedure.
Based on the above, we suggest and encourage you to participate in the procurement procedure, according to the published terms and conditions.
Unfortunately, questions can be asked only during the "Active" period.
