Șold de găină fără spate, refrigerate la maximum + 4▫C, temperatura determinată în profunzime. Dimenisuni medii (130-150 gr buc). Ambalate până la 5 kg în pachete de peliculă alimentară de la producător și în cutii de carton. Condițiile de transportare să asigure nemodificarea caracteristicilor nutritive, să asigure păstrarea temperaturii corespunzătoare pentru carnea refrigerate. Pe fiecare ambalaj să fie indicat termenul de valabilitate. La livrare, termenul de valabilitate va reprezenta cel puțin 80% din termenul general al produsului. Comanda: orele 16:00-18:00. Livrarea: De 3 ori pe săptămână (zi de luni/miercuri și vineri orele 07:00-10:00). Standarde de referinţă şi cerinţe: HG 696 din 04.08.2010.
