Pentru Lotul 2: USB-uri de Memorie 32 GB personalizate au fost depuse 4 oferte:
Ofertele și mostrele prezentate de către operatorii economici „ART ELEMENT” SRL (17400,00 lei), „ARTPOLIGRAF” SRL (25725,00 lei) și „REXART” SRL (34500,00 lei) corespund cerințelor solicitate, toate documentele au fost prezentate, propunerile financiare se încadrează în valoarea estimată achiziției, datorii față de bugetul de stat nu sunt. Oferta cu cel mai scăzut preț este de la „ART ELEMENT” SRL (17400,00 lei ).
Oferta prezentată de „AVERPRINT” SRL (18000,00 lei) nu corespunde cerințelor solicitate din următoarele motive: specificațiile tehnice și de preț nu corespund standardelor din Documentația standard și au fost comasate într-un singur document (Oferta comercială) care nu este semnat electronic. Oferta se respinge în temeiul pct. 51 subpct. 3) din Regulamentul cu privire la achizițiile publice de valoare mică, aprobat prin Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 870/2022.
În urma examinării, evaluării și comparării ofertelor depuse în cadrul procedurii de atribuire ocds-b3wdp1-MD-1760342943067 din 13.10.205 privind achiziționarea Produselor informative și de promovare, în conformitate cu prevederile pct. 41 din Regulamentul cu privire la achizițiile publice de valoare mică, aprobat prin Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 870/2022, Grupul de lucru în domeniul achizițiilor publice în cadrul AGEPI a decis atribuirea următoarelor contracte:
2) Pentru Lotul 2: USB-uri de Memorie 32 GB personalizate, atribuirea contractului de achiziție publică de valoare mică operatorului economic „ART ELEMENT” SRL cu propunerea financiară în sumă de 17400,00 lei fără TVA/20880,00 lei cu TVA, oferta căruia corespunde cerințelor solicitate și are cel mai scăzut preț.
