Question:
1. Material – să se clarifice dacă prin material se înțelege SMS sau material nețesut tristratificat de tip PP(netesut hidrofil)+PE(hidrofob)+PP(netesut hidrofil).
2. Zona absorbantă – să se clarifice dacă termenul „absorbant” se referă la o ranforsare suplimentară aplicată pe câmp; în caz afirmativ, să se precizeze dacă dimensiunea acestei ranforsări este de 100 × 75 cm.
3. Stratul confort – să se clarifice dacă „stratul confort (din celuloză)” reprezintă de fapt stratul inferior al materialului tristratificat, realizat din material nețesut.
4. Zona adezivă –„zonă adezivă aplicată nemijlocit pe marginea câmpului, impregnată în țesătură” să se precizeze exact ce reprezintă această zonă adezivă, unde este aplicată și care este dimensiunea acesteia. Din descriere nu reiese dimensiunea unui orificiu de incizie sau locul inciziei.
Solicităm punerea la dispoziție a unei schițe sau a unui desen tehnic al articolului, pentru a asigura o ofertare corectă, completă și conformă cu necesitățile autorității contractante.

Bună ziua, pentru lotul respectiv, au fost indicate cerințele minime, în baza cărora o să fie evaluate ofertele operatorilor economici. Toate ofertele o să fie evaluate și după caz, o să fie solicitate mostre pentru a clarifica caracteristicile tehnice. De asemenea, reiterăm faptul că prezentarea ofertelor îmbunătățite, este apreciată și considerată oportună de către grupul de lucru. Din păcate, nu este posibilă la moment, punerea la dispoziție a unei schițe sau a unui desen tehnic al articolului. Vă mulțumim pentru clarificare.
