Bună ziua. Pentru lotul respectiv se solicită ac ajustabil de la minim 1 până la 40mm. Dacă lungimea acului ar fi ajustabilă de la minim 0 până la 40mm, aceasta ar reprezenta o ofertă îmbunătățită. Reiterăm faptul că prezentarea ofertelor îmbunătățite, este apreciată și considerată oportună de către grupul de lucru. Vă mulțumim pentru clarificare.
