Licitatia data are o suma estimativa de circa 14 800 000 lei. A fost publicata in data de 12.09.2029. Termenul de depunere a ofertelor 10 zile dupa publicare este foarte restrans pentru asa o valoare. Solicitam sa extindeti termenul de depunere a ofertelor pana la data de 01.10.2025.
Conform Legii Nr. 131 din 03-07-2015 privind achiziţiile publice art.29 alin.(6) "Anunțul de participare va fi publicat în termene care să ofere tuturor operatorilor economici interesaţi, fără nicio discriminare, posibilităţi reale de participare la procedurile de atribuire a contractului de achiziţii publice".
