Question:
Scopul utilizării nu este clar definit – este vorba despre dezinfecția suprafețelor dispozitivelor medicale sau a instrumentarului? Dacă se referă la instrumente, atunci testarea virucidă conform EN 14476 (pentru virusuri anvelopate) nu este relevantă. În acest caz, se impune testarea conform: EN 17111 – eficacitate virucida pe instrumente (ex. vaccinia); EN 17126 – eficacitate sporicida (ex. C. difficile), frecvent cerută pentru instrumentarul critic.
Answer (11 Aug 2025, 16:17):
Bună ziua. Lotul dat este destinat dispozitivelor (inclusiv a instrumentelor) non-critice. Pentru dispozitivele semi-critice și critice, produsul se va folosi cu scop de pre-sterilizare, astfel că nu este necesitate de a include EN 17111 și EN 17126. Vă mulțumim pentru clarificare.
