Autoritarea contractanta specifica urmatoarele cerinte: 1 ) Experiența similară trebuie să nu fie
mai mică decât cel puțin un contract din ultimii 5 ani care să reprezinte supravegherea tehnică a lucrărilor similare. 2 ) valoarea cumulată a tuturor contractelor executate în ultimul an de activitate să fie egală sau mai mare decât valoarea viitorului contract
la p.1 se solicita un contract de supraveghere tehnica de valoare estimata de autoritatea contractanta in domeniul retelelor de apa si canalizare si/sau constructiilor? constructiile civile se considera contract similar?
la p.2 - se solicita doar un contract in valoare ce depaseste costul estimativ al licitatiei, deci nu este obligatoriu ca contractul din ultimul an sa fie din domeniul supravegherii tehnice?
