In vederea faptului ca achizi'ia este de valoare mica ,in vederea liberei concurențe și combaterii fraudelor corup/ionale ,valoarea de pe contul opratorului economic fiind un secret comercial ,excludeți ,va rog clauza abuziva din anunțul de participare!!!!

Buna ziua, menționăm că această cerință a avut ca scop exclusiv verificarea capacității financiare minime necesare pentru executarea contractului.

Buna ziua,la o achiziție cu o valoare atit de mica se solicita certificatele ISO ,de ce nu s-a solicitat ca o alternativa manualul calitații care demonstreaza ca agentul economic lucreaza conform standartelor mediului calitații etc .sau prin solicitarea la astfel de certificate a-ți tins sa ingustați sau limitați accesul operatorilor economici ,favorizind pe cineva?Menționați ,va rog in anunț ca operatorul economic care ar vrea sa participe poate prezenta ca alternativa manualul calitații in construcții care include cele trei standarte de calitate.
