Sunt produse unde combinarea lor într-un singur lot este binevenită, însă în cazul dat se minimizează concurența și la final veți afea doar o ofertă conformă și prețul cel mai mare. Solicităm ca acest lot să fie divizat astfel să aibă de câștigat beneficiarii finali și bugetul statului.

Bună ziua. Din păcate, la etapa respectivă, nu este posibilă divizarea lotului în mai multe sau modificarea valorii estimative. În ceea ce privește loturile care includ mai multe poziții cu prețuri diferite, dorim să vă informăm că suma totală va fi calculată având la bază prețul mediu aplicabil fiecărei poziții. În ceea ce privește contractele subsecvente, vă aducem la cunoștință faptul că se va solicita furnizarea cantităților exacte pentru fiecare poziție în parte. În acest context, operatorii economici vor fi rugați să precizeze prețurile individuale pentru fiecare poziție, conform cerințelor stabilite în documentația procedurii. Vă mulțumim pentru clarificare!
