Question:
Bună ziua, stimată autoritate contractanta pentru dat în Republica Moldova sunt stabilite reglementari tehnice ca exemplu: Conform HG 914 din 2020 pentru aprobarea Regulamentului privind limitarea emisiilor de compuși organici volatili cauzate de utilizarea de solvenți organici în anumite vopsele, lacuri și în produsele de refinisare a autovehiculelor, LEGE Nr. 277 din 29-11-2018 privind substanțele chimice, produsele cerute in oferta și anume vopsele exterior interior, pe apa sau alchidice etc. trebuie să respecte anumite cerințe legale, vă rog sa ne răspundeți dacă Autoritatea Contractantă va fi accepta și oferte care nu respecta reglementările tehnice pentru aceste produse, și ulterior daca va fi nevoie de acte care ar confirma conformitatea lor? Mulțumim foarte mult!

Bună ziua.Vă mulțumim pentru întrebarea adresată.Ofertele trebuie să fie elaborate și prezentate în conformitate cu cerințele din documentația de atribuire anexată în cadrul procedurii în SIA RSAP.
