Bună ziua! Care este valoarea estimată fără TVA a procedurii date? În anunțul de participare aveți indicată suma de 2500000 lei, pe platformă 2000000 lei.
Answer (21 Feb 2025, 16:26):
Buna ziua, da desigur in Anuntul de participare este indicata valoare estimativă inclusiv cu TVA (suma totală), adică 2000000 lei + TVA - 500000 lei.
Iar in achiziție se cerea doar valoare fără TVA.
Respectiv Valoarea ofertei de participare este de 2000000 lei fără TVA
