La distrugerea insectelor dăunătoare și a celor parazite (gîndaci de bucătărie, furnici, păduchi, purici, ploșnițe etc.) se va utiliza insecticid. Substanța chimică trebuie să aibă un spectru larg de acțiune asupra întregii game de insecte. Insecticidul nu trebuie să prezinte miros persistent, să denaturize suprafețele pe care se aplică, trebuie să prezinte eficiență în combaterea insectelor tîrătoare și zburătoare și să permită punerea rapidă în folosință a spațiilor tratate.
În distrugerea rozătoarelor se va utiliza raticid care trebuie să prezinte eficiență în combaterea șoarecilor și șobolanilor și să aibă rezistență înaltă pentru spații umede. Prestarea serviciilor va fi efectuată de o echipă de specialiști dotați cu echipament de protecție și materiale chimice necesare în prezența reprezentantului autorității contractante.
