Obiectul prezentului caiet de sarcii consta in urmatoarele lucrari : - decolmatarea raului de nămol și vegetație naturală, regularizarea albiei raului pe tronsonul de pe teritoriul satului Cubolta și reconstrucția descărcătorului de ape pluviale. Pe acest tronson se va amenaja fășia riverană de protecție. Dupa curatarea albiei raului de nămolul se va transporta pe terenul cu nr.cadastral 7442113.129 la o distanță de 600 m.
