Servicii de configurare a echipamentului acces server VPN/acces file server + Backup cloud sau SYNOLOGY vor fi incluse in plata de abonament lunar (in cazul serviciilor la cerere va fi contra cost ora de lucru); Servicii de configurare a drepturilor de acces la sisteme informationale precum si politica de Securitate informationala (acces resurse interne, resurse accesate in comun). Servicii de consultanta utilizare securizata a resurselor informationale; Disponibilitate deservire SLA 99.99% în regimul programului de lucru: - intervenție la distanță (on line) 5-10 min, - intervenție fizică de la 30 min - 3 ore; Deservire și verificare functionalitate a tehnicii de calcul si rsurselor informationale fizic o data pe saptamina; Verificarea: - HDD; - RAM; - Placă Video; - Procesor; - OS; - Software; - Router; - Wi Fi; Profilaxie mecanică a echipamentului – o dată în 4 – 6 luni; Reinstalare OS după caz doar pe OS prezentat de client; Deservire și verificare tehnică de la distanță a calculatoarelor, rețelei de acces la server VPN, acces imprimanta/scaner de rețea și acces la server 1C, rezolvarea în masura posibilitații deranjamentele curente; Monitoring IT de la distanță a celor mai importante sisteme: - Server; - Router; - File server; - Email server; Consultanță privind procurarea de echipament și software. Asigurarea suportului tehnic (software) pentru necesitățile ISSPNPC.
