Vă rugăm să divizați loturile și producele care conțin HPL G-lab sa fie ofertate doar de către cei care dețin asemenea produse (probabil din import), iar restul pozițiilor să fie fabricate pe piața internă dă către fabricile producătoare de mobilă. In așa fel sigur ve-ți obține cele mai bune oferte Mulțumim

Conform art. 39 din Legea 131/15 privind achizițiile publice alin (1) Autoritatea contractantă are dreptul de a recurge la atribuirea pe loturi a contractelor de achiziţii publice, fiecare lot având un obiect și o valoare distinctă, cu condiţia includerii acestor informaţii în documentația de atribuire. Conform alin. (3) Dacă nu recurge la atribuirea contractului pe loturi, autoritatea contractantă are obligaţia de a justifica decizia de a nu atribui contractul pe loturi.
