rugam sa fiti mai concreti cu raspunsurile la intrebari, fiindca noi ca participanti trebuie sa ne fie clar care sint cerintele, conform legii se cere 5 ani, dar d-voastra cereti minim-maxim, asta-i numai in cazul cind se solicita factorii de evaluare a ofertei.....

Buna ziua! termenul max de garantie a lucrarilor este de 10 ani. Este o cerinta a AC care nu este contrar legislației in vigoare. Aveti tot dreptulsa indicati minimul cerintei.
