Divizare loturi
Question:
Buna ziua! Pentru o mai buna si eficienta concurenta a licitatiei solicitam divizarea in mai multe loturi si adica: Poz. 1 si 2 - lotul 1 Poz. 3 - lotul 2 Restul pozitiilor - lotul 3. Compatibilitatea se refera la lot. 1 si 2.
In ultimii 3 ani, cistigator a fost desemnat unul si acelasi agent economic. In asa fel nu putem sa spunem ca este o concurenta libera.
Daca ar fi divizat pe mai multe loturi atunci institutia ar economisi 120-140mii/lei.

Bună ziua! În anunțul de participare este indicată o Notă „Obligatoriu trebuie să fie compatibilitate între produse” ! Această cerință obligatorie nu poate fi respectată decât prin a obține o ofertă cu toate produsele incluse... Din acest motiv a fost publicat un singur lot, pentru siguranța satisfacerii necesității de dezinfectanți!
