Servicii de transport auto național de pasageri. Transportarea pasagerilor pe rutele de la centrele militare teritoriale (secţiile administrativ militare) către centrele de instruire ale unităților militare ale Armatei Naţionale. Transportarea va fi efectuată pe parcursul anului 2025. Prima etapă este planificată în perioada 27-28 ianuarie 2025 cu numărul estimativ de 440 persoane. Celelalte etape vor fi anunțate cu 25 de zile înainte de data planificată. Aproximativ 11-17 rute/zi. Nr. de pasageri pe rută este estimat la 6-49 persoane. Se va indica preţul pentru 1km/pasager.
