stimata ac, la o achizitie cu costuri mici impuneti niste conditii asemeni unui contract de milioane...solicitam respectuos de a exclude ISO si Avizul in conditiile in care suma e sub pragul de 400 mii. Permiteti participarea mai multor agenti economici cu experienta, dar care nu detin ISO...
Experietna o vor demonstrac cu contracte si procese verbal de finalizare a lucrarilor.
