Bună ziua, spuneți Vă rog care este solicitarea autorității contractante privind Garanția bancară pentru ofertă ? Deci conform anunțului la punctul 4 se solicită Anexa nr. 9 adică scrisoarea de la bancă iar la punctul 40 este prevăzută varianta prin transfer ? Care este prferința AC ?
