Pentru Lotul 21 – Orez bob rotund Camolino au depus oferta 4 operatori economici: SRL ”V.A. Struc”, SRL ”Alim Total”, SRL „Nobil Prest” și SRL „Baguette” . Cel mai mic preț l-a propus SRL ”V.A. Struc”. Autoritatea contractantă a solicitat imagini foto ale ambalajului pentru lotul respectiv. S-a constatat că SRL ”V.A. Struc” a prezentat Orez Extra, ceea ce nu corespunde cerințelor beneficiarului. SRL ”Alim Total”, SRL „Nobil Prest” și SRL „Baguette” au confirmat livrarea orezului bob rotund Camolino (se anexează pe platforma electronică). În urma celor constatate, oferta SRL ”V.A. Struc” se respinge drept neconformă, iar lotul se reatribuie următorului ca preț agent economic SRL ”Alim Total”, specificația tehnică a căruia corespunde cerințelor autorității contractante.
