Cum poate fi prezentat extras bancar la zi pe data de deschidere a ofertelor, cind deschiderea ofertelor este pe 05.08.2024 si data de depunere pana la 04.08.2024 ora 7.00? Acest document se considera obligatoriu la depunere?
