In caietul de sarcini nu este specificat deloc ce procesoare se solicita (cel mai important din orice computer sau laptop), nici la laptopuri, nici la MiniPC.
Modificati caietul de sarcini sau sa nu va mirati ca veti primi oferte cu niste procesoare arhaice deoarece fiecare va propune cele mai ieftine optiuni.

Nu este permis de specificat modelul de procesor dorit. Una din condiții este să nu fie computerele mai vechi de un an din data fabricării, respectiv, se evită procesoarele de tip vechi.
