Сообщите пожалуйста как можно получить рекомендательные отзывы у госструктур?Мы можем предоставить названия госструктур кому поставляли обувь согласно контрактов за последние 3 года после выигрыша тендеров. Вы сами можете узнавать у них все интересующие вас моменты.Вы все госструктуры на одной платформе и имеете формальные и неформальные контакты друг с другом. Потом у вас есть черный список нежелательных экономических агентов, которые не выполнили взятые на себя согласно контракта обязательства. Нам экономическим агентам сложно просить гоструктуры о рекомендательных письмах. И это путь к коррупции так как они не имеют права выделять экономических агентов и делать им преференции в виде рекомендательных писем. Поясните этот момент по пункту 11 насчет рекомендательных писем .Спасибо.

Scrisoarea de recomandare este un document ce atestă nivelul de profesionalism și responsabilitate a unui operator economic.Astfel, aceasta a fost solicitată de către autoritatea contractantă în scopul asigurării îndeplinirii cantitative, calitative şi în termen a contractului de achiziţie publică.
