Roșii, H:G nr. 929 din 31-12-2009 cu privire la aprobarea „Cerinţelor de calitate şi comercializare pentru fructe şi legume proaspete”. Ţinînd seama de dispoziţiile speciale pentru fiecare categorie, tomatele trebuie să fie: 1)intacte; 2) sănătoase (se exclud tomatele atinse de putregai sau cu alterări din cauza cărora devin improprii pentru consum); 3) curate, practic fără materii străine vizibile; 4) proaspete ca aspect; 5) fără dăunători; 6) fără deteriorări cauzate de dăunători care afectează pulpa; 7) fără umezeală externă anormală; 8) fără miros şi/sau gust străin Tomatele, în funcţie de formă sa fie „rotunde”sau „alungite.Categoria „Extra” – tomatele de această categorie trebuie să fie de calitate superioară. Acestea trebuie să aibă pulpa tare şi să prezinte forma, aspectul şi dezvoltarea caracteristice soiului, nu trebuie să prezinte pete verzi sau alte defecte. Calibrul tomatelor în funcție de greutate : de la 110gr pînă la 150gr. livrare Marți de la 9:00 pîna la 12:00
