Referitor la raspunsul dvstra /// "conform art.82. p. (1) Orice persoană care ........Va rog, sa nu sperieți Autoritatea Contractantă cu Agenția Națională pentru Soluționarea Contestațiilor"///
Va informez ca toate loturile favorizeaza un singur producător si anume "BTL" . Dar ca sa nu spuneti ca este o aberatie, am pierdut un pic de timp ca sa puteti verifica si dvstra informatia. Sunt convins ca nu s-a facut intentionat... Exista CAPCS si specificatii generice care va pot ajuta sa faceti o achizitie corecta si transparanta, ulterior fara probleme legale.

Buna ziua, clar că au fost momente pentru tergiversarea procedurii cu toate aceste întrebări uneori poate nu cele mai corecte, dar pentru asta si exista etapa clarificărilor
